Azor Advisory Services announces a new affiliate company, Azor Financial Services. Azor Financial Services will solve the accounting and financial needs of portfolio owners and property management firms.

Services provided will include:

	-Operating Expense Reconciliations
	- Property and Company Budgeting
	- Institutional Reporting
	- Internal Control and Processes Review
	- Developing Proformas and Argus Modeling
	- Acqusition/Dispostion Due Diligence
	- Cash Management Processes/Practices
	- Percentage Rent Auditing
	- Accounting and Financial Staff Management, training
	- Other related financial services directed by the client.

The Partner responsible for the new Company is Adrienne Kelley. Ms. Kelley holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL and is a Certified Public Accountant. With over 15 year of accounting and financial services experience in the real estate industry she previously served as Executive Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer for Brenner Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where she was oversaw all accounting, financial, investor relations, risk, management, human resources and property management areas for the company. Additionally she was involved in the identification, development, coaching and leadership of a staff of 15 direct and indirect reports. During her time at Brenner Real Estate Group, Ms. Kelley assisted in the acquisition of over $200 million of assets including: office, industrial, retail and residential in a 2 year period including due diligence, project analysis and debt placement.

Prior to that Ms. Kelley served as Vice-President of Accounting for Terranova Corporation, Florida's largest 3rd Property Management Services Company located in Miami, FL with over 7 million square feet under management. Additionally she was involved in the identification, development and leadership of a staff of 20 direct and indirect reports. Institutional and local investment clients included TA Associates, Principal Capital Management, LNR, American Realty and GE Capital. Ms. Kelley was ultimately responsible for the accounting, administration, IT and human resource functions for the organization. Previously she has also served as Audit Manager for Ernst & Young, LLP.

Ms. Kelley is a member of FICPA, NAIOP, ICSC and serves as the Treasurer of HOPE Outreach.
