About Us

Since 2004, as President of  Azor Advisory Services, Beth Azor has provided commercial real estate consulting, portfolio management, leasing agent training, anchor tenant negotiation, retailer introduction and liaison, tenant mix analysis and strategy, asset disposition analysis, asset acquisition/site selection/due diligence, tenant representation and staffing analysis.

Prior to starting her own company, Beth Azor was with Terranova Corporation - Florida's largest 3rd party asset manager, for 18 years. As President from 1997-2004, Beth Azor oversaw and directed 98 employees who managed and leased over 30 assets which included grocery anchored retail, power centers, industrial and office properties. She was responsible for third party client relationships with Principal Capital Management, TA Associates, American Realty, LNR, Rreef, Alecta, BVT, AEW, Klaff Realty and GE. Beth Azor brokered three property dispositions in 2002/2003 for the lowest cap rate and highest psf in Southeast at the time.

Beth Azor was responsible for new business meetings, presentations, contracts and fees, and managed partnered owned assets of 1,000,000 square feet. She was responsible for investor contact/communication and achieved a 32% increase in gross revenues from 1998-2003. Azor headed up credit committee on all new and renewal leases, directed redevelopment projects on multiple shopping centers, resulting in significant value enhancements and was responsible for the approval of all new leases. She directed the construction department on interior tenant improvement and capital renovation projects as well as completed leases with many National Retailers including but not limited to: Publix, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, JoAnn Fabrics, SteinMart, Barnes & Noble, Circuit City, Starbuck's and Old Navy. Beth Azor completed lease terminations/buyouts with such retailers as Eckerds and Piccadilly Cafeterias and expanded retailers such as Home Depot, Publix and Winn Dixie.

Beth Azor negotiated over 500 leases with opposing counsel, created leasing agent trainee program and manual, represented dispositions with Publix, Circuit City, Builders Square, Kmart as well as tenant representation for Baby Superstore, SteinMart, Books A Million, Fashion Bug, and CompUSA.

Ms. Azor has been a Member of the FSU Foundation Board of Trustees since 2004, currently serving as Chairman of the Real Estate Committee. She is also a Member of the FSU Executive Board of the Real Estate Program, and is President of the Board of Directors of the HOPE Outreach Center where she volunteers weekly in the food pantry. Beth Azor is a CCIM candidate as well as an ICSC member. She also chaired the Florida Conference which had 2500 attendees.
